63# 榨菜肉絲湯麵


其實本來沒要寫這篇的
但因為看到麵在滾水裡像彩帶一樣, 好美
拍了一張
促成了這篇 "榨菜肉絲湯麵"

美麗的翻滾麵條


不過, 誰不會煮榨菜肉絲麵阿?
不就是買榨菜然後切肉絲一起煮嗎? 噗~~~
因為天冷, 問朱要湯麵還是乾麵, 他說湯麵, 就多加點水變湯麵啦~~
要不然我個人是超愛任何乾麵的!!!



怎麼做我就不介紹啦
因為就是切切丟丟炒炒下麵~
噹噹完成了!

我不知道為什麼炒牛肉都要先炒半熟再找第二次就會Q彈
不過真的是必做必好吃的!!

美麗紅配綠榨菜肉絲


加點湯水又是簡單的一餐


Stacy, there are so many ways to cook stuff ah!!
妳可以蔥爆牛肉絲, 肉塊, 洋蔥炒牛肉絲, 肉塊, 雞肉絲, 肉塊, 繳肉
今天加醬油, 明天加胡椒 = 黑胡椒牛肉絲, 後天加 curry powder + coconut milk = curry!
或是炒的時候加一些 thyme, 又是另一種味道
多加點油 & 水, 變燴飯~
多加點奶油 & 水, 變西式 risotto 燉飯~ 哇哈哈哈哈哈

我覺得中式西式的差別真的只有在油
玉米油=中式, 奶油=西式
好啦... 我知道沒這麼 simple, cooking is a specialty LOLL
不過要吃 specialty 就花摳摳去吃比較快
在家隨便吃吃
是我家這隻太好養嗎? 怎麼感覺有點頹廢?~~ 哈哈哈


妳要不要我寄一箱 Asian 醬料給妳阿?
要不然妳真的很辛苦吶!!!
我跟朱是沒有一定要三菜一湯, 隨便吃吃
如果妳是要每天遍三菜一湯那還真考倒我了!

    i am lazy, just eat vermicelli every night
    too lazy to chop chop fry fry simmer simmer etc.

  3. 唉說的容易啊~可能是我除一不精吧 >.<
    湯麵我最愛用的就是火鍋肉片了, 可是這裡都沒有,
    只能用肉絲, 而且要自己買一塊塊的鍕回來切...
    肉絲的肉是 which part of the animal ah?
    I am not sure which "chop" or "steak" part to buy @_@
    老媽以前幾乎不煮肉, 我吃的雖然健康但是也對煮肉很不在行,
    要好好練一練啊~

    1. Hahahaha! I don't think which part matter much bah. I usually add sesame oil or cooking wine and it makes the meat very tender so it doesn't matter much. And time to get a meat slicer! Those are really handy. We had one in van and we used to slice our own meat.

      And Jeff loves it when I pan friend chicken with soy sauce and add garlic clove and then basil 就變三杯雞啦. Yummy! And u can substitute chicken with squid or shrimp. And 排骨也很好滷、一鍋就可以吃很多餐啊。or minced pork with 瓜子肉 or 鹹蛋。我口水快流下來了。lol! Good luck!

      就真的是回家自己切呀! 要不然咧? LOL. 火鍋肉片很貴的耶! 而且一下就用完了!

      I didnt know there's meat slicer for household use? Maybe I should look into it! :)
      yeah. or u can very easily do minced pork/beed 洋蔥剁碎 加雞粉或鹽巴 & pepper. 也可以是懶人的肉拌醬呀. 炒個 spinach. 很窮酸, 但可以吃飽的 XD
      下麵就變乾麵啦~~~ 還好 Kevin 不嫌~ 要不然妳更頭大咧!

    sesame oil, wine, and corn powder makes meat tender ma? got it~
    I really have no skill when it comes to cooking meat thanks to my vegetarian mother.. XD
    need more pointers from you girls! 你們太厲害啦! its true before I've always used hot pot meat to put in my soupy noodle T_T
